What does self - care look like to you? 

The best way to maintain our energy levels and avoid burnout is to allow ourselves to make time to reset and recharge. We all love the feeling of being able to pamper ourselves and recharge after a long productive week. Self-care is the practice of self preservation through physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, or social routines.  No matter how busy our lives become we have to make time to treat ourselves. Practicing self-care is another way to thank our bodies for all the amazing things it does for us. 

I wrote down a list of self - care ideas + products that will boost your self - care routine.

1. Meditate ( practice gratitude and mindfulness) - try guided mediation 
2. Dancing / Make a playlist - create a playlist of songs that uplift you and make you happy 
3. Cook yourself a healthy meal - digest food that will lift your vibration 
4. Take a warm bath 
5. Take yourself on a date 
6. Give your skin some love - find a good face mask 
7. Unplug + disconnect from your phone 
8. Journaling / listen to a podcast 
9. Declutter your space
10. Exercise for 30 minutes 
11. Have your own picnic outside 
12. Write down positive affirmations for yourself 
13. Retail therapy $$
14. Binge watch a TV show 
15. Read a book 
16. Create a vision board
