How To Improve Your Morning Routine


Rise and shine! On some days there is no hassle when it is time to get up and get my day started while other days I’m trying to decide if I’m going to hit the snooze button for the fourth time before jumpstarting my day. I’m sure we have all experienced both so here’s a few tips that can help you improve your morning routine:

Shorten your routine by using less products. 

Using less products lessens the time you spend getting ready and simplifies your routine. Instead of using all the products in your skincare routine try using a cleanser and find a moisturizer that has SPF in it. Save the toner & exfoliator for your night-care skin routine. Moving into makeup try to keep it simple by using 3-4 products and yes, you can skip the primer.


Organizing your space.
 Becoming more organized is one of the best ways to gain energy, calm your space, reduce stress levels and it improves the flow of your daily activities. It also increases your productivity. A clean space leads to clear thinking. 


Daily journaling. 
One of my favorite morning exercises is journaling because it allows me to clear my mind by writing down any thoughts, goals, or ideas that come to me it also helps as a tool to manifesting the things you want. Journaling helps with clarity and focus when you are looking for new direction.


Focus on creating positive energy within yourself. 
Our minds believe the things we tell ourselves and those things affect our vibrations so speak kindly to yourself and create a positive and uplifting atmosphere around yourself. Meditating, dancing, or exercising are all things that can help lift your spirit.
